I am extremely dissatisfied by the lack of professionalism and service. I called Rosita's last week to see about purchasing a few hours of cleaning service for my mom as a birthday present (my mom is turning 77). Rosita said she could come, but had to check her schedule. I didn't hear back so I texted her and asked what the cost is, and whether she could make in on the day that I wanted her (a week in advance). She finally texted back that she could, but didn't give me a price. I asked for a price again, and got no answer! Finally after texting repeatedly, she said her price. I said that would work and asked what time she could be there....again, no answer. I asked again and got a price and I said that would work. I again asked what time she could be there...no answer. Finally, I said texted "Never mind showing up for my mom, I can't get an answer on time, so I will find another service.". She texted back immediately that she had me on the schedule for Tuesday at 12 noon. I said OK, so you CAN do it? She said YES! Today rolled around and my mom excitedly waited for Rosita to show up at the agreed upon time.... no one came. Finally, my mom called her and she said "she forgot" and she would call back in a few minutes with a time to come tomorrow. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK! The whole time I felt like I had to pressure her for any form of communication, and then she never even showed up for the agreed upon service! I was going to pay her 150 dollars and she didn't even call or show up!!! I am very disappointed as is my mom. This whole experience was horrible. I would not recommend.

We hired Rosita after having hit or miss with a previous cleaning service. I was so impressed after their first visit! It looked like we had a new home. She comes in with her team and they are efficient and get the house done in no time. Im very happy to have found her and would highly recommend her services.
