Complete dissatisfied and unhappy. I regret even buying my rings here! I bought 2 bands on sale before Christmas for 479$ good deal and was so happy. Then when I went in to have them sized and saughtered. The lady helping me was not experienced in her job and was asking other employee for help because she couldn't even complete the slip. So I wasn't informed that if you have 3 bands then you need to size up. I paid 190$ to have this done and when I picked it up, it was to small. So I had it sent off again and NOT HAPPY. So coming back a 3rd time to pick up my ring. Its finally right but I had to pay another 135 and they claimed that was a good deal. So I paid for the employee mistake not them. Now I invested total 805$. So my good deal is now a waste of $$. Then to see 4,000$ rings for 629$. Is ridiculous knowing I spent more on less value of a ring... RIP Off. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to pay pay pay!! Now Inlook at my ring and regret wasting money on it. Sure is a great feeling to have about something you should love. The employee should have paid then she could have learned but no I learned not to come here!!
