This morning I went in to state farm insurance to speak with manny and was told I couldn't keep my insurance with State Farm just to have another agent from State Farm call me up this afternoon  to have me transfer to them after I switched companies after being lied to this morning by Manny.  I could of stayed with State Farm. Thank you for the run around and wasting my time! None of it was needed! I recommend  returning your customers phone calls, or leaving notes on your door when you're not working during your normal business hours. Because when a customer comes during your normal business hours an gets shrugged off the next morning in your office  like it's no big deal due to you coaching baseball one starts to wonder what's your priority?

My car was totaled and Manny and his office was very helpful in not only getting my out of state check to me, but also helped me with my new car, getting all my coverage and everything I needed. I was insured in California and everything that needed to be done, they helped me with. His office is amazing and I would 100% reccommend him.

Was a customer of Manny's since 2007. Up until last yr the customer service was excellent. Bought a new motorcycle in June 2015 sent all applicable photos including VIN to Manny's employee Cindy Barnes. It took her almost 6months to insure the vehicle properly. I checked all information provided his office and never once was the VIN nor the description ever wrong. But, I was accused by his office of providing incorrect Vin. After going thru a divorce I was repeatedly called regarding my ex-wife's insurance with him and he got visibly upset with me about issues which had nothing to do with the policy I had with him. Cindy barnes never did get automatic deduction date correct and I never complained. When I finally did after a yr of almost constant errors from his office I was told to take my business elsewhere. I have and I hope my future with state Farm can once again be one I can enjoy. For manny I wish him and his more patient customers the best
