My brother had a bad experience but when I called to talk to them the lady I talked to was very professional and listened to my concerns even though I was unprofessional and frustrated. She stayed calm which calmed me down and we were able to have a discussion about my concerns. She appeared to take my concerns seriously which I really appreciate

This place is terribly unproffessional!  If I could rate this with negative stars I would! First of all The office had recently moved and I was given the wrong address so I drove there and had to turn around and drive to the new location, arriving several minutes late. My  husband and I had just had full mouth x rays done before we moved and we know we needed work done. I called a week ahead to have all our records transfered over and then called to confirm with this office that they had them prior to our appointments. I drove an hour round trip for my early morning appointment and was told after several minutes of waiting that my records could not be found. I was then told that my insurance was probably not going to cover any of the fillings I needed to have done. I specifically asked about the insurance on the phone before making the appointment and was told that the work would in fact be covered. I was also told that I would have the exam and some of the work done during the first appointment since I had already been seen by another dentist and no cleaning was needed. In summary, the staff was rude, contradicted themselves and condescending! The office was ugly and unwelcoming. And in closing I would like to say that one apology for the incompetance would have gone a long way and kept me from writing this unfavorable review. Avoid Dr Workinger's office if you want a proffessional experience.
