Boss up is such a fun, beautiful, supportive, and empowering space. The instructors Austin & Savannah are both so encouraging and will work with any and all skill levels. This pole studio is inclusive to all . The studio is spacious and the poles are super tall . Very friendly and inviting pole community!

Austin is a great instructorI really enjoy taking her classes and I appreciate the time and effort she takes to demonstrate pole techniques. I signed-up for her membership and its a great value for all thats included. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone who wants to build strength and work on cardio/endurance.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to take a yoga class for myself. I found Boss Up which seemed so unique and fun! I ended up having a one on one with Miraya. She was amazing at sharing her talent and knowledge with me. She has a kind energy and will make you feel at home and encouraged. She has created a safe, aesthetic space where I felt I could move freely and make art with my body. I am still inspired by our session a couple days ago and cant wait to come back on my next Medford trip. If youre curious, check it out. The quality and value of the experience seemed beyond what I paid.

I love Boss Up, I started here about 3-4 years ago and never have gone to another studio consistently as I do here! The instructor is very sweet and makes you feel at home. The place to be for Pole Dance & Yoga!!
