We purchased 4 fruit and cheese baskets before Christmas. I always have been impressed with Harry & David products. I have to say I am very disappointed with the quality of the product. 2 of the 4 baskets were fine. Of the other 2, one of them was delivered without a card. The neighbor was sending notes to various people trying to figure out who it was from. When I reached out to the customer service line they didnt even care enough to follow up on my complaint. The other basket with a problem was an order including pears. They were inedible. Customer service sent a followup replacement order. They were also rotten. I will order from another company next year.

this establishment decided to kick me off public property and say it was a felony to take a picture of a railroad crossing. this company is very bad

I placed 2 orders Dec. 14 for Christmas delivery. Only one was delivered on time. Only today January 2 I learned (from my credit card notification) that the second order was just confirmed and not yet even shipped! Harry & David failed to ship the second order on time and also failed to notify me of the very late shipment. Their chat agent begrudgingly cancelled the order and issued a refund after wasting my time instead of shipping it and issuing the refund as Id requested as compensation for their failed delivery and atrocious service. So Im completely DISSATISFIED with Harry and David.
