We just bought our 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid from Medford Hertz, trading in the Lincoln that we purchased from Medford Hertz 8 years ago. Hertz was fair on the trade and fair on the price of the Honda, creating a no-haggle experience that we enjoy. The sales personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. Our new Honda will not be the last car we buy from Hertz.

Hertz Car Sale hands down had the best customer service I have ever seen. The staff truly went above and beyond and far out of their way to make sure that I had the best first car buying experience. They exceeded all of my expectations as I had been shopping around and had quite the opposite experience at another dealership. I recommend Hertz to anyone and everyone. My family and I will definitely be long time customers! Thanks for all that you guys did for us! :)
