Wish we would've checked reviews before popping in here after great Christmas Cottage visit; lesson learned.
Clerk had zero customer service, place looked a bit.... lackluster, and none of the items we purchased were edible.
Definitely a place that caters to tourists as I don't think repeat business is what keeps them going.

Great tasting chocolate and plenty to choose from. This is a gem of a place. It's so hard to find tiger-butter chocolate...and this is the place!!

Not sure what is up with all these negative reviews.
Went in today, got some yummy fudge and had no problems. Maybe she was a little direct, she has a business to run and didn't want to waste time. No problem there.
She was pleasant with her greeting, not unkind or rude at all.
