I'm very happy that I found this place. Neighbors are friendly, nice place to walk around and greet other walkers and their dogs. Dues are up to $65/mo which I think is very reasonable for a nice clubhouse, pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We're adding a pickleball court this spring.

This place is so nice. Very well maintained. Very well kept up. Everybody is so friendly. The pool in the summer is so nice and you can tell how well maintained it is. Especially these last couple years looks better than ever. The spa is relaxing and very clean. And doesnt smell like chlorine which is super nice.
