    Terrible service, poor work. Dropped off pumps that were ignored for 6 months and never fixed. Got pumps back that were "repaired" but not actually functioning. Asked for quotes never received. Was not informed when jobs were finished. It looked nice that they painted the volute, but it wasn't prepped at all started chipping immediately, so why even do it? Had to take that same pump somewhere else within the year due to shoddy work.

    Man these guy (and gals) are great! I couldnt tell you how many times theyve saved my back side! We have multiple large electric motors and water not a good combo and you can imagine when things go wrong they go wrong badly and they are always there to lend a hand and get the problem solved. Ive come to them with off the wall ideas and they make it happen. I can honestly say my Busienss wouldnt run near as smooth as it does if it wasnt for them. Anyways they are all willing to help when I need it and are always willing to give advice to try and save me some money, so for that I thank all of you and thanks again for saving my @!! All the time!

    Ron was the guy that was supposed to be doing my repair. 3 months wasted on this company with zero organization and no follow-up. They lost my motor, forgot they had it, and repeatedly failed to ever call back. When I told them I would come pick it up, Ron said he needed a few more days to put it back together and he would give me a call. Of course, I never received a call. A month later I called in and said I would be coming to pick it up and I expected it to be located and assembled. I was hung up on. They should have told me they weren't capable of getting the job done 3 months ago, and saved us both the trouble. Don't tell customers you are going to follow-up with them when you have no intention of doing so.

This sounds like it was awhile ago but I will do what I can to look into this monday morning and provide an update. However with 60 years of experience my current crew has i can assure you this is not a typical experience here. Also we do stand behind what we do so if there was a problem with our repair I would appreciate the opportunity to make things right with you. As far as I know you never reached out to us with any issues. If you would like to do that I would be more then happy to make the effort to make it right with you.

I will admit we did drop the ball on this and I do apologize for that. I am sorry we were unable to fix your dads motor, and we should have called it quits on it much sooner then we did. We just dont like to toss in the towel and sometimes like this when parts aren't available to us there really isn't anything we can do. Again I apologize for the length of time and lack of communication from us, that is an aspect we are improving. We do need to set a couple things straight thou, first off we never "lost your motor" you called looking for your "dad's saw motor" so I personally looked at the 5 or 6 saw motors we had in for repair, none of which had your or his name on them....no I didn't look at the POWER FEED motor sitting on the repair bench when I'm being asked about a saw motor. So I told you I didn't see it at the moment, it wasn't lost or misplaced just not what you sent me looking for. Second of all nobody hung up on you here intentionally. I have spoken with him regarding the conversation with you, he hung up with you when he thought you were done yelling at him. Third let's not forget you were charged NOTHING for the 5-6 hours we have into your project trying to track down obsolete parts for you or the materials we put into it.
