Went in and bought a washer and its a week and still no washing machine. I sur hope they can fix this

Customer service is poor, I've used Aaron's for years whrn Tony was GM and decided to come back to get a ps5. They said three days in a row that they would call me back but never did. I had to call them an still they say they will call me back. I ended up going online to get the ps5 and still no contact on delivery. I work graveyards and I would like it if you need more time to sort out the order. Than please call an say that so I'm not left wondering if yeah all are gonna call back. Please get better on communication an Customer service. Thanks.
