I lived at their apartments in Wylie Texas for just under two years. I was very disappointed with the apartments carpet. The apartment claims to be a luxury apartment, but in my opinion, if the carpet is not in good condition, then it is not luxury. In my opinion the carpet should have been replaced before we moved in. After 2 more years of wear and tear, we moved out and were subjected to a $75 cleaning fee. I tried to explain the situation to both the local and regional (Amanda Havard) manager, and they couldn't care less. I felt that I shouldn't have to pay a cleaning fee for a carpet that should be replaced, and should have been replaced prior to our stay there. The quality of the apartment should match the cost of the apartment, and in my opinion, this was not the case.
