Kimberly was so amazing. Super quick response times. She even worked during her family holiday for us. She was excellent at explaining options. Her and my realtor crafted the closing paperwork in a way that made it so that we could buy down our interest rate. It was apparent that she was looking out for our long term well being. In a market that is super fast paced and high stress, she made home buying simple and almost completely stress free.

We had more hurdles to overcome than most transactions but Kimberly's patience, perseverance and diligence kept the process moving forward at all times, even when we hit road blocks. She would regroup and suggest steps for us to take to get us back on track and moving forward again. Because of our hurdles, it was a long process and she never gave up. She was constantly thinking three steps ahead and with her experience, knew exactly what direction to turn every time a fork in the road had us at an impasse. She was beyond patient with us as well. We were first time buyers and had only a fraction of the knowledge of what to expect so we were constantly asking questions and frequently asking the same questions over again. She was patient with us the whole way and kept communicating the process to us, always keeping us informed of what was happening and making sure we understood. We wish there was a way to thank her enough for all of her hard work but there really isn’t a good enough way to show her how thankful we are for her help other than strongly encouraging anyone who is considering using her services to immediately jump at the opportunity. Kimberly is truly a treasure to work with and it was a blessing that we were lucky enough to have her help.
