I looked on Craigslist in Facebook or two to three weeks to find a good sectional. I visited six houses that said that their Furniture was in great condition, all of them had stains except 1, but I thought the price of $800 for his used sectional was too much. I found one similar from Revitalized Furnishings and it was professionally cleaned and delivered for almost half the price.

I am upset with this company. I have tried contacting this place by phone and email. My agreement was to pay $50 at Delivery then 4 payments of $62.50. After checking with my bank, Revitalized has now taken $62.50 x 6. I have not gotten an answer. I am extremely upset that this has not been resolved or even a contact. I do not recommend.

I like the sectional I got BUT!! I have called the same day I got it because it was missing a part to it and it has been 2!!! MONTHS and every time I get an excuse it should NOT take that long at all!! I will never buy from them again mind you I STILL DONT HAVE the part and I will be calling and if i dont get it by friday I will sue I have all phone calls and witnesses that have been with me when I made not 1 or 2 phone calls probably 10! I dont care how busy you are you DO NOT take 2 months it is the manufactuers fault but you are responsible for that.
