Left a message and 4 days later still no call back. I already had a proposal from them and was calling to confirm, pay the required 50% of quote deposit in order to schedule the appointment. Decided to go with another company that is more responsive and with better customer service that clearly this company does not have. If you require a call back soon, you're better off going with another company.

Responded to a mailed promotional discount card (Dec 2020). 1st time using this company, appointment scheduled promptly and we took “first available” time slot (approx 2 weeks out due to their seasonal workload). Dave arrived on schedule and worked efficiently and skillfully. We had 2 exterior outlets and 2 exterior lights to install, all completed in about 2 hours. We are very satisfied with the work & cost; Dave is a nice guy, too! Excellent experience - we recommend and will call again when the need arises 👍

I used PDX Electric to install some track lights and replace my kitchen under cabinet lights. They did a great job on installing, but they didn’t notice that my motion light switch didn’t work with the new track lights (it kept turning on and off by itself), and they threw out the packaging for the track bulbs without asking me - so I couldn’t return them when I saw they flickered sometimes (over $200 lost). They sent a technician back to diagnose the switch problem; he told me they needed to order new motion switch. I emailed them that I preferred a wireless 3 way switch and I sent a link to the product, and they replied via email that they ordered what I wanted. But when the technician came back to install the switches, he brought a motion switch, instead of the wireless switches they said they had ordered (which he knew nothing about). All through this they were responsive and friendly in person, over the phone, and via email. But clearly they have some areas where they can do better. P.S. I emailed them to let them know about these problems but I never got a reply.
