Metro Chimney

I've called all places in PDX to be given the run around with showing up, estimates, and bs unnecessary stuff. I called this company, the guy picks up the first time, tells me straight up he is really busy due to a family death, but asks me to send him pictures of what I need to point me in the right direction. I send the pictures and in 2 minutes he calls me back and tells me that it is an easy fix and tells me how to do it with detail instructions. WOW! I've never encountered this kind of service in any field. Great way to run a business!!! Services: Fire prevention, Chimney repair & restoration

Metro Chimney is great, I could not recommend them more. My fiancé and I just bought our first home, and know nothing about chimneys. Clayton was professional and answered all the questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable. He will be our guy going forward for anything involving the Chimney.

What an amazing company. If you want something done right then call Metro Chimney! He cleaned and fixed my fire box efficiently and with professional service. Fantastic job. We had them do both chimney cleaning AND repair and couldn't be happier. Claton was punctual, detailed and spot on with needs and repairs. Its great to have a working fireplace again!
