Perry Walters and his wife Irene were the very best to do business with. PWC is a very honest and integrally sound contracting business. We were blessed to have found them to construct our new home. We would highly recommend them. They made building a new home a piece of cake and the finished product is amazing. Perry and Irene are perfectionists, he in the field and she in the office.

Job was for my 80 yr old Mom. Young men on crew were very good to her and went above and beyond to accommodate her needs and were very polite. We only wish the owners were as decent. We recently moved to oregon and got to looking at the job done for Mom. Most was good, but some things were not done properly. First, the concrete apron for garage has several cracks. The concrete pad outside man door is cracked in half. A window is defective and has never locked, although she thought it was locked. We showed her it could simply be lifted up to open after she locked it. Garage floor was to be epoxy and she paid extra for it. It's not epoxy and paint has peeled off several areas including rubber backed rugs she put down at least a month after "epoxy" paint supposedly cured. Obviously a cheap paint, much less than she paid for...about $2,700.00. These are just a few things we've found since arriving. The worst of all of this is that because Perry Walter Construction didnt build her back deck lower than the interior floor, all snow and rain melted and ran under door, which flooded the new sunroom they also built for her. She spent months collecting water in buckets, then emptying off deck. Not to mention cleaning up the mess inside sunroom, finding something to seal out water as best she could. Again, she is 80 yes old. She was by herself until we arrived. She trusted Perry and Irene Walters to do things right for her. She certainly paid them well for what they did. We tried to talk with them about the problems by stopping by office and talking with Irene Walter's. My husband called and left a message for Perry Walters a week later because we never heard back. Then almost a month went by before calling again and another woman answered. She said they've recieved our messages and are aware we need to speak to them, but they've been very busy and will get in touch as soon as possible. That was 2 weeks ago. We dont usually write reviews, however, this warranted a review. We had hoped to give a great review, but as mentioned above, apparently Perry Walter's Construction Company puts on a very positive front. But once they're done and have been paid, they are completely done with you. They dont stand behind anything they've done and won't return any of your calls. If you plan on using them for future work, you may want to consult an expert to check progress as job goes on, in order to catch problems as they arise. This way you won't pay for shoddy work and will get what you pay for.
