The absolute best. I emailed the company with a question about a structural issue on our 2015 Black Rock 21B. 10 minutes later, Rick called to discuss the structure, care and maintenance of our RV and was a wealth of information. I was shocked when I saw the caller ID on my phone - it was like opening presents on Christmas Day. Thank you, thank you Rick. We love our Outdoors RV.

Picked up my new 2021 27RLS in November from Sumner RV. I bought it for a long adventure, leaving Washington for the mountains of Oregon in late January. We're in the ninth month now, " living in it " and I thought I'd give it a review. Overall, I'm very happy with this trailer. Sure it's had a few things that gave us some problems, but not many. With any new rig you expect it to have a few hiccups. ( Outdoor RV, let me know if you want to go over them. Lol) The good, far out weighs the minor problems. We've been in days of pouring rain, buried in 13" of snow and 112 degree days and it has handled it all. It tows nicely behind the 7.3T and has been on some very interesting places, as we like the roads less traveled. Now we're looking for some property and will be using it as home base while the cabins are built. Yes, I would recommend and would buy another one. Outdoor RV is a big step above most RV builders. Purchased a new F28RKS still unable to use it so many defects. Poor quality control when manufactured. Thankfully dealer is correcting the issues. Latest news manufacturing representative informed the dealership that correcting the ceiling panels is not advisable. Nine thousand dollars into this purchase and several months definitely not recommend the manufacturer. Finally took delivery today dealer was awesome correcting all the defects.

If you are looking for an RV, Outdoor RV is the manufacturer to purchase from hands down without any question. Their overall engineering and attention to construction detail on all facets make all their units superior to any other in the market. Special thanks to the engineers who have designed a great unit and to those who assembled it, so many, many thanks!!! The suspension/tracking are awesome, the insulation incredible (just spent 6 days in Pendleton OR at 24-degrees Fahrenheit at night without any cold spots and using little propane and/or electric heat) - even the slide out was toasty warm! We have had our Outdoor RV for 1.5 years and it is by far the best unit we have owned in the 25 years of RVing with several units (we currently own a 25RDS Titanium with the fireplace option which we love!). When we eventually upgrade to a 5th wheel, Outdoor RV is the manufacturer we will purchase from - think 'Easy Button'. At the end of the day Outdoor RV = Superior Quality + Value = Fun at any level, Outdoor RV gets it right! BTW, we have zero relationship with anyone at Outdoor RV. We are simply a customer who loves the RV we purchased and have tested over time.
