Terrible do not use this company
Had a claim and Paul Swigert did not return calls as promised
And to top it off the claim went against my insurance which increased it $1500 per year.. even though it was a no fault accident
We cancelled our policy with this company and now have a better price and friendly customer service
His staff are extremely rude !

Paul Swigert has been the best insurance agent I have found, easy to get ahold of, and attentive to all needs. He has taken care of my parents, siblings and myself, whenever I looked elsewhere I always ended up back here for the prices and great customer service. Shayna Munkres Is one of the first people you may get when you call in, and she is one of the most helpful and pleasant people I have had the pleasure to talk to in this industry. She understood exactly what problems I was having and knew exactly how to fix them. She was also quick and trustworthy to call me back. Rare to find a great coverage insurance with small town customer service. I wouldnt leave even if I could find lower rates, which I havent.

I have had the opportunity to have Paul as my agent for close to 10 years! Paul and his team in La Grande have always been there to help and get and answer when it is need in a very short time frame. I even went threw a situation back in 2017 and Paul himself was there to walk me threw everything and help anything needed!

Paul and the Country Financial team have been nothing less than excellent while navigating through a total loss. This is the best customer service support I have ever received with an insurance company, and you can tell they genuinely care and value their customers.
