Received better help from a different phone provider about a U.S. Cellular phone do not recommend as a service provider.

I ordered a phone and was told they would have it in two weeks, figured that was plenty of time to get a phone, two weeks later had to contact them to see if my phone had arrived, nope, then was basically ignored with no updates forthcoming unless I called them, third week in and no phone and they finally they thought of checking other store in Oregon and Washington, havent heard back from them which I consider to be rude and incompetent.

I just want to thank the sales person who helped my father in-law. You did not try to sell him something he didn't. Explained in simple terms to him how to hook up the device. Their phone is a lot clearer. It's nice to know there are good honest people. The sales person even called after his shift to make sure everything ok. Thank you thank you.

Trust, of course, is a vital part of stability in any relationship. And you come from the "don't know 'em , can't trust 'em" school of thought. Take that phone of hers for example.
