Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning Klamath Falls OR

I've used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaners for 10 years now. They are super nice and they do a great job. The carpet isn't soaked when they are done, its almost dry. Would definitely recommend this company.

They are courteous and professional. Heaven's Best and get results. They removed the paint stain from our new light gray carpet. Very pleased and appreciative.

I had sold my home and needed the carpets cleaned for new owner on short notice. They were able to come out quickly and do the job. After they were done the carpets looked great and the house smelled wonderful!!

I was some what skeptical to use Heavens best, but based on the reviews I read I decided to give them a try. Three stars were given for a couple of reasons. 1. The delivery of being on time was not met, I had to call their office to make sure someone was on the way there was no answer though. Finally after 30 minutes late, technician arrived and had nothing to say about it no acknowledgement what so ever. Someone from the office called and said sorry at least, but maybe a discount or something would have been nice. 2. Technician stated carpet would be dry within a couple of hours of completing the cleaning, he finished around 1:00-1:30pm and it is now almost 9:00 pm and carpet is still rather damp. Based on what their website claims about being dry in one hour I find to be untrue. I will say though that the price was reasonable and carpets are very clean. At the moment not sure I would use again .
