Terry is fantastic at solving computer issues with the best name for his company! He was very quick to respond to my question. His prices are very reasonable! Plus allowed me to drop my computer off after he was closed! I will be using Terry for all my computer issues moving forward!

Terry installed a 2Tb hard drive in my HP computer. He fast, professional, reasonably priced... in fact the final cost was less than the estimated cost. Finding good computer repair people is difficult. But I found a jewel in Terry.

After spending a RIDICULOUS amount of time trying to figure out why my wifi wouldn't (re) connect to my laptop and other devices (and multiple failed attempts via troubleshooting, UTUBE tutorials, etc.), I contacted Terry.
My mother actually referred him; he has saved the day for her a handful of times.
I spoke with Terry in the AM and he was at my house by early afternoon (on time). I'm embarrassed to admit this but he fixed the "problem" within about 2 min. Somehow, the wifi button on my router had shut off (I thought thought those "buttons" were only indicator lights!)
Since he was here, I asked that he help with several other issues...he installed updates, added/removed apps. & programs that were not compatible with my (older) laptop. He also set up dual monitors...!
I would absolutely recommend Terry. He is easy to converse with, knowledgeable and professional. If I were to admit one regret, it would be that I didn't reach out to him sooner.
