They misrepresented everything about our service contract. We were told we would not have a bill until December, we got one in November. We were told service was good in our area, it is absolutely not. They said they would send us a signal booster and have not. Whenever I have tried to call with these issues they refer me to customer service who then insist there are no notes on my previous phone calls. Do not go to this store or use Sprint service. It is absolutely terrible as is their customer service. All the employees of this store care about is their commission.

Not sure of his name but the guy that worked till close on 1/11/20 was awesome! He helped me with everything I needed and more and was so nice about everything even though I was switching services. Just wanted to give a shout out to him!

Make the drive to Stayton location, you won’t regret it. Would not recommend based off my experience today. Tried to exchange a phone and one of the workers took it and factory reset it then told me they couldn’t do an exchange without a manager and come back tomorrow. It was really frustrating as it took 5 hours to back up data on to that phone and they cleared it. With work and school wouldn’t be able to go back til Friday, 5 days later. Was super upset the phone was cleared and had to transfer data just to switch phones again during the weekend. Ended up going to Stayton store and they are WAY better. They don’t just see you as a dollar sign, they’ll actually help you and will call corporate if they need authorization for anything instead of making you call.
