I paid $199 for the 15-months membership on 12/6/11. On 12/23/11 I was told that the gym would be closed 'till 12/26/11 "for the Holidays". As many other people I got hosed out of my $199. The owner had clearly committed fraud. I am contacting Keizer PD, the Oregon Attorney General consumer protection division and the Marion County DA Office about this. I suggest the other victims of this fraud do the same.

Signed up for a 1 year membership two weeks before they closed. no notice or anything. This scumbag should be ashamed of himself. Contact Keizer Police, I was directed to Officer DeMarco. I hope they follow up with criminal charges!
