We came to look for a window for our shop. They had just got a truckload in of the exact window we wanted. They were way more affordable than we thought, so we got two.

I can't rave enough about this company! The office staff, installers, and the boss were very professional, courteous, speedy, efficient, and friendly from the time I walked into the office to the end of my window installation. I highly recommend their services.

This is old but I just tripped again on the door that was installed wrong .I contacted them after install but got the run around and door not fixed. I had 4 doors installed 2 exterior and 2 fire doors. The team that installed the exterior did a good job. When they went to install the fire doors they had been measured wrong and needed to be reordered. The team (a different one from the first install ) that installed the fire doors discovered that the one door was again ordered wrong as to left or right handle. They insisted they could just turn the door around. Which they did, I complained to company because in doing so in created a trip hazard as the over hang of the threshold which should have been to the inside was reversed and resulting in no support under it so constantly when using that door you catch your toe. I had a supervisor come out to look at it but he did seem to care and would not fix or replace door. I had planned on using them for 9 new interior doors but will not.

RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG Dont wast your time Discount windows sales staff in JC do not respect the company they work for or the customers that want to do business with Discount Windows. I would think Vic or Lee would be completely ashamed of the way the staff in Junction City are ruining there business. I contacted Discount Windows mid February for an estimate, 5 days later my windows were measured I was then told that 2 to 3 days the estimate will be ready. I thought great their getting right after it. Wrong a half dozen phone calls from me and 5 more days to get the estimate then I tried to place my order and pay for the windows and I got 4 different excuses why they were not ready for me to place the order, from that person was out sick to he is back but working in a different area for the day to there are five other customers accounts that have to be created in front of you we will call you when we get thru them first then a week later I receive a call that they are now ready to take my money and order my windows and that the windows would be ready to install at the end of April ( 6weeks from now) can you see all the red flags. It has taken a few days shy of a month just to get to order the windows from the manufacturer. REALLY! I see my future being fill with lies an excuses no thanks. Save your self valuable time shop somewhere else.
