This place is a joke. Calmed them three time in a space of 5 days. Left a message each time telling them I would like to make a payment on my account. They have yet to return my call. This place is garbage!!

I also have concerns weather this is legit business. I'm trying to pay my bill (extremely jacked up price) using the web site on the bill. I am getting to an Active Error and Not Found. When I try to call during business hours I am routed to a message that sounds like a personal one rather than a business one. The whole thing feels very sketchy especially when I look at what others wrote.

Is this place even a legit business? I have called several times at different times, no answer and left messages. I received a bill from them, mailed my payment in to address listed on the letter but everytime I look at my bank statements that ck# is not listed? I don't want it going to a collection status but if they want to get paid they need to handle their business. Not sending another payment!
