In my opinion, Tom, is not worth your time or money, for carpenters and customers alike. Has frequent tendencies of being unorganized, irresponsible, unprofessional, incompetent, untrustworthy, and manipulative. Hes cheap at full price, gouges customers, lacks accountability, rarely pays on time or in full, not detail oriented, notices and acknowledges issues/problems far too late into processes, and lacks problem solving. Based on my experience, I highly suggest hiring and/or working with any other contractor.

Tom drove by the second time we stood in the yard that once held our home. It was taken Sept. 8th. in the Almeda wildfire. He told us sorry for the loss and that his Dad had built the original home. He offered to help if we wanted. He took us right thru everything, including the hassles of insurance and our mortgage company. During construction as changes were made he never skipped a beat and met all challenges head on. We get a lot of lookers drive by since the rebuild and still have people ask about our beautiful home. Tommy built a front porch, and patio involving roofing, concrete, construction, solar tubes and gutters Along with staining and ramps. it was all done by professionals and my wife and I are very happy and love showing it. Ive had a convenience store built and houses built in my lifetime and he is by far the best contractor I have ever dealt with. The patio is 21 x 20 . The porch can be seen from the road at 46 Orr Dr, Central Point.

"A cute little story KOBI just did - showing my parents new house. We can’t thank the community enough for the love they showed towards my parents this last year. Its like their old home (which was very important to them) but has some amazing new features. I’ve had a lot of people inquire to see the inside, however they are still waiting on some furniture.
