Contacted to help in cleaning up ~200sqft of carpet, and three couches. They quoted me over $1300, over a month wait time, and said they'd contact me back as they couldn't schedule it that day. Never heard back from them, and found another local service in town that would do everything, and our rug for around $300. Absolutely criminal, and terrible service.

I lived in an apartment that was flooded with sewage and they were hired to perform the cleanup. It started off fine with them getting everything removed and starting the required demolition. That was when dates for competed work would be promised and we would repeatedly be told next week. It took 2 months instead of the original couple weeks. My insurance company paid for my hotel stay and were just as frustrated. If they had know that I would be out of my apartment, they would not have put me in a hotel for that long.

Dennis with Service pro was a real joy to work with!! He was there on a Saturday right away. Helped educate me and figure out a great plan that worked for us using resources we had access too. Dennis could of insisted we let them step in and take over the clean up, but instead he helped execute a plan that saved us all money. Thank you for all your help and excellent attitude Dennis! We appreciate it!
