ServiceMaster by Columbia Gorge

Recently, I had a major plumbing problem that had been happening in the crawl space of our house for several months. When the team showed up from Service Master, they were able to quickly find the problem and immediately began to solve it. The leak had caused some damage under the house as well as a bad odor. I was completely confident in their decisions on what needed to be done. They were more than efficient and went above and beyond to help me out. It took about a week to get the odor out, and they wanted to be sure it was completely gone before removing the fans, etc. They have called a couple of times to follow up with me and make sure that everything continued to be ok. Excellent group to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, after a small, very smelly and dirty electrical fire in our basement, we were in need of major help. Our homeowners insurance agent recommended Service Master in Hood River. They came very promptly and set up fans and air cleaner, and made sure we would be okay until the next day. The workers and supervisor worked well together, were thorough, and efficient. They were also extremely helpful to me as I was cleaning out my sisters home and storing items and preparing for a knee replacement for myself. I was under the gun and Service Master led by Antim Elisei came to the our rescue. Thank you one and all.

This is a recommendation from the Goldendale Sr Center for Service Master of Hood River. The whole entire team responded quickly and efficiently to our emergency needs. Very easy to work with and met all of our needs. From beginning to end they worked with us effectively. Highly recommend their services. They worked well with our insurance company. Terrible service. I got my carpets cleaned and they smelt like mold after they had been "dried." They didn't even smell like mold to begin with. He said he would rewash them. It took him a week of saying they were going to be here and not getting here. FINALLY he came again to wash the carpets. HE still didn't do a good job. I feel like my carpets were worse than they were before I hired service master. In the end I hired Servpro to finish the job.
