Amazing stay at this cute B&B. Hosts Jane and Jim made sure I had a comfortable stay. They have lots of good recommendations for things to do. Room is spacious with excellent cleanliness and facility. I slept so well and for so long. Definitely would return again if I could. The breakfast was delicious too.

My friends and I spent a wonderful weekend at this historic house. My friend planned a surprise birthday weekend for her sister. I searched for a place for us to stay. I came across this B & B and decided it would be a great place for us to relax. I contacted the owner and she promptly replied. The owner was very understanding and accommodating. My friend's sister has special needs and dietary restrictions. The house is located near downtown (within walking distance) and is easy to find. We had two rooms upstairs and shared a bathroom. The first night we were the only guest and we left our doors open at night. Our rooms were clean, simply decorated with attention to detail. Both rooms had a view of the Columbia river. Windows were open to allow fresh air and the breeze was enough to keep it cool. Beds are queen size, firm and comfortable with fresh ironed linen. The shared bathroom was small but efficient. I liked the walk in shower. The home cooked breakfast each morning was amazing. The owner went over the suggested breakfast menu each day. Cold press coffee (a first for me), eggs, toast, assorted fruit, juice and great conversation. The owners are knowledgeable about the area and give good suggestions to local places. The house itself was built in 1909 and has a wonderful history. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but is available on the property. If you ready for a relaxing weekend and looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you.
