HRB Small Engine

I took my lawn mower and chainsaw here and was pleased. The labor and parts costs were less than other area repair shops. Time was an issue and all the other places told me it would be two weeks before they could even look at my mower. HRB took it right away and I had it back within the week on one occasion and on another it was back in three days. The service and work are as good or better than any other shop I have taken my mower to. Be aware that this is a repair shop and not a gleeming showroom for new equipment with a repair shop on the side. I would say this is the only part of my customer experience that could be improved as the front desk area is less than attractive. I have an issue with those strong air fresheners and when I come out of here I smell like one for half the drive home. However, when I go the the other places I usually smell like new tire plastic-rubber smell. Over all I would highly recommend HRB if you are looking to have your equipment repaired or serviced. The cost, turn around, and service are all good reasons to patronize HRB.

Not especialy thorough or fast, but it is about the only place I have found that will work on your lawn mower locally.
