Subway Sandwiches & Salads

I'm sorry to say I have to downgrade my review. Four years ago I gave it 5 stars. But the past three times I've gone to this Subway, there's an older lady who is rude to everyone. Right as you walk in the door with a smile on your face, you can catch the rude vibe from her, like she'd rather you weren't there. I have the feeling she's the owner. Either way, my family doesn't go here anymore.

Rude owner. I'm an uber driver. It's required that the tamper-safe stickers are placed on takeout bags or stapled shut. They gave me a completely open bag and when I called to inform them they hung up on me.

The store itself is fine. It's a subway and you get what you expect from a subway. The employees are always pretty nice and do the job well. Try to avoid going in when the owner is working though. She's very impatient and kind of rude.

There is an older lady, with short hair. Not sure what her name is. Her attitude towards the customers is horrible! She was being rude to the customer in front of me because he wasn’t able to know the difference between wheat and grain. If a customer doesn’t understand, I think it would be be best if you explain it to them, BUT IN A NICE WAY. I’ve been here several times and her attitude only has gotten worse. I hate writing negative reviews, but I felt horrible to ignore and not say anything when someone gets treated bad because of their accent, ethnicity, or not knowing a certain thing.
