VMS Restaurant Equipment

These people are pathetic, they lie to your face and rip you off with your eyes wide open. I had to take them to court to get my money. They have no shame. Like father, like son!

This business has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They have terrible hours, do not answer the phone, and only periodically answer email. After a week-long process of attempting to reach and locate a product (after doing so thinking they had the best price around), I was finally told that a product that was in stock and available would be at least a week to get into the store. I went to Rose's and found a much better price and sales people that were willing to help me immediately, had the item in stock. Shoot, they loaded it in my car and I was in and out in 15 minutes.This place is a joke.

If you have to sell your stuff quickly and want to get ripped off, these are the guys to see.  Go to Roses or Pitmans or just put it on craigslist if you have to. These guys will act like their not interested then make you a shitty offer and lie about how much it's really worth...After you sell it to them go see what they end up selling it for. I should've listened to my gut!

You need restaurant equipment?  Vince is the guy to talk to!  We've been so grateful for his help as we are coffeeshop owners that need random equipment at times.  He prices everything so reasonably...almost like going to the supply auctions yourself, except he does all the work!He sells new and used restaurant equipment, restaurant furniture, and random odds and ends.  A serious money saver for business owners out there!Give him a call!
