I work for an apartment management company. CPS was my go to company for plumbing emergencies. They were a good company that showed up quickly when I needed them. As of late their speedy time has dropped considerably. Last week I had a plumbing emergency and needed a plumber asap. Every time I called them I was sent to a voice mail. I left messages for 5 days with zero call backs. Finally had to call different plumbers. I will not be using them again.

When my boyfriend tried to install a new faucet on his own, he ran into some trouble. When he realized he couldn't remove the previous faucet with the tools we have, he called CPS. They promptly came to our home and immediately removed the faucet and helped put in the new faucet. They even had an extra piece that we needed to make the faucet look nice! They were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend CPS!

As you read my review keep in mind that im a friendly, patient person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt and in this case the service was bad enough to bring me here to leave a bad review. They sent out a guy on van #85 (i didnt even get a chance to get the guys name thats how bad the service was). When he arrived he parked in the middle of the drive way blocking the way in, he didnt even bother to notify us. When i went greet the guy he was chatting on his phone getting ready to light a cigarrette, when i finally got his attention, without a word to me he simply turned on his van and moved away. I watched this guy light his cigarrette and talk on the phone for a while longer before he even realized that i was trying to show him where the plumbing issue was. When he finaly managed to get out of his van, he took one look at the work that needed to be done and began shouting, cussing, dropping F bombs left and right, he said things like "this is bulls**t" and "im to f*****n tired for this s**t" before i could advise him that people were asleep inside, he gets up and goes to his van cussing on the way there. After a few times of walking back and forth between his van and the work area he got in his van and spoke on the phone for 30 minutes while i waited for him in the cold weather. Finally i looked at the time and it was 11pm and seeing as this guy wasnt coming out of his van i let him know where i was gonna be and hoped that he would get some work done, but im not so sure the guy heard me. Worst service i have ever seen. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The plumber was making excuses to NOT do the job while running the clock as long as he can to get paid for the hour.

--Saved my Bacon--- After my five year old snapped my old faucet off trying to shimy up the kitchen sink like a ninja I thought it would be a great chance to upgrade the fixtures and spruce up the look of the kitchen. I headed on down to the Home Improvement store and picked out a fancy looking sink/ faucet and took it home to install myself. That's when it got interesting... after hours of turning off the water and trying to fit myself under the sink to get enough leverage to remove the old unit I decided that I needed a pro's help. I got great same-day service and the technician (Jim) took care of all the finishing touches. The new unit looks great. I would recommend CPS Plumbing Services to any do-it-yourselfer who has bitten off more than they can chew and just wants the job done right the first time.
