Gibran Zogbi - State Farm Insurance Agent

Once, the people at State Farm told me to drop a form at his office. The man inside was very rude and told us to not just stop by because he had a conference call. They made me deal with the at-fault driver's insurance company myself. Turned out I totally got screwed because I don't know anything about accidents because I've never had one. My insurance has gone up by $50 a month and I was told to call his office which I did and I never received a return call. Giving the three stars because he was very nice when I got in an accident. Even though he constantly kept reminding me that since it wasn't his drivers fault, he didn't even need to be talking to me.

Every time I have a question or a concern about my insurance, employees are ready and willing to help. Its nice to talk to a person for a change instead of a 1-800 number or website. Never had a bad experience with this agency.

Waiting 2 days just to receieve a car insurance quote, no email responses or anything. Have been with this agent for years, including house insurance, so they already have my info. The fact I cant get instant quote, is enough to want to leave State Farm

Yume is my go to guy to eloquently answer my insurance questions. When my car was involved in an accident, he helped me layout all of my options so I could make an informed decision. State Farm also (for me) is the cheapest insurance around, so it's definitely a no brainer.
