went in to have a banner made for a standing funeral spray the lady said she wasn't able to do it in spanish, she should have stopped there but then she proceded to tell me she could sell me the ribbon and give me a magic marker and i can write it on there myself I almost laughed but i was a little surprised the shop is in Hillsboro I don't think I will ever go back there

Ive been getting the Designers choice-Standard delivered and its so worth the money and fresh and beautiful. Theyre always different and fresh. And they last so long.

Ordered flowers for my Wife and have them delivered to her work. She never recieved them. When I called to find out what happened, the woman on the other end said that the driver left them next a a building at that address! Huh? " Next to a building?" She then said that she would take 50% off the bill! What? I said? I'm not paying anything for flowers my wife did recieve! She thought that was unfair and I should pay at least half the bill! I told her no I'm not paying anything! They did refund the entire amount. Gotta give them that! But never again!

I recently placed an order for a sympathy floral basket to be delivered locally. I ordered the ivy trimmed basket pictured here for $75 + $12 delivery charged. The basket in the other picture is what was delivered for $75 + $12 delivery charged. I was shocked, horrified and embarrassed when I saw that picture. I totally understand some flowers may need to be substituted, but this was ridiculous! When I called Hill Florist a very young clerk didn't really seem to care or hopefully just didn't know what to do. She did tell me she would let the owner know, took my name and phone number, for when they returned to the shop and they would call me. No one ever called me back. Never again, will we be using Hill Florist.
