        Horrible customer service, woman on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful, as if I personally owed her money. Refused to answer simple questions. Started to raise her voice when I asked for more information so I could check my own personal records to make sure they aren’t a scam like all the other reviews say. The get 0 stars I would have rather talked to an automated system

        Been calling these people all morning to pay on my bill. No one has picked up or called back yet. I have left 2 messages so far. It is unprofessional that they do not have an automatic phone payment system.

        SCAM. They want me to pay for something I do not owe and have never owed. I am reporting them to the bbb as such. Amount owing it states. They can't even get the wording down correctly. REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, DO NOT PAY THEM.

        They worked with me and my crazy life to get this bill paid off! Len is amazing! Other collection company could learn from them! I am going to miss him when the bill is gone!
