I've never had so many problems. Wayne is the worst at communication and following up with anything. Not only that, he had opened up two separate home owners policies on the same property. Me, only knowing about one that was needed, the other was sent to collections. He has been nothing but a headache. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are looking for any sort of communication and or reliability.

I cancelled my policy over a year ago partly because I found cheaper rates but a lot of the issue was the lack of communication/ not being able to reach anyone at the office. On 11-3-20 I received an email saying I was being enrolled in paperless billing, this was about a year after (I thought) I cancelled my auto and home owner's policy. Around that time I also received a bill for my policy renewal, which was news to me because I thought I cancelled my policy. I immediately tried emailing Mike (the only email I could find) and got no response. I still had not heard back from Mike on 11-16-20. I emailed Mike, tried contacting him through the web form on his website, and tried calling Mike but got no response. On 11-18-20 I tried calling Mike again (all calls were during normal business house on business days) and no one answered. I tried finding a Safeco corporate customer service number and couldn't find one so I had to call the claims line to reach someone. That person transferred me to the policies department who said they couldn't do anything since I have an agent. The policies rep said they would try contacting Mike's office while I was on the phone. The rep was able to get Wayne on the phone who cancelled my policy within a minute. I asked Wayne if other people have had issues getting ahold of Mike recently and he said "uh, some people have". Not a great experience.

I called texted and went by the office and got no response. Very poor customer service. I had to switch companies to finally be able to get the service I needed. I would give them no stars if that was an option.
