Hermiston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I will start by saying this has been the worst experience buying a truck I have ever had. That being said, at first point of sale they did a wonderful job. After that, my needs did not matter. Everything they said they would do was done cheaply, poorly and without care. When I complained and requested they correct the errors they told me to just deal with it. I had to deal with delays and poor customer service, it was horrible. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase from this dealership, is always a positive experience Sebastian Wenberg actually made the whole process a positive one. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and takes a lot of time answering all questions. The service department could use a little improvement and flexibility on scheduling and being available based on my schedule not theirs, but overall a great dealership.

I was sold a plan on my Jeep under false pretenses when trying to get answers I got the run around and had to keep calling them poor customer service. Will not buy another car from this dealership.

After much back and forth on pricing, Dominique was able to help me get to where I wanted to be for the purchase. She and Johnny made sure I was completely satisfied with everything prior to delivery.
