        The office lacks communication skills. They don't really seem to care about people. I would hope that they would hire people who can interact with the public in a positive manner and provide some knowledge about the health care system.

        Quite unprofessional and unstructured. I have witnessed them violating HIPAA multiple times, discussing patients health information in front of others in the waiting room. Ive had friends tell me other peoples health information (diagnoses) from the medical assistants that work at FHA. The majority of staff are impolite, including reception & lab tech. The only positive thing I can say is that most providers are well educated and are very thorough when it comes to your healthcare needs and concerns.
