My story is a perfect ditto to the 1 other reviewer. Karen plays the sweet lady but quickly her mask falls. I'm considering a law suit to recover my $ for word not kept & me doing her job for her. The difference here... I bought HER own home/office that was about to be foreclosed. She thanked me with her petty bs & several non disclosures the original owner has since filled me in on. BTW that person wants to file suit against Karen for shady business practices also. Bad experiences X3 so far & I hear story's about her shadyness all over town since moving here. BAD Reputation.

Karen Cota plays very sweet and caring about your situation when having to sell your home when you don't want to but when the dust settles...her true colors show. She never even thanked me for hiring her or doing all the hard work for her $6000.00 payday for a house I was losing in less than 30 days. Everyone else took a reduced payment except her and I walked away with nothing except my tears and rude comments from her!! Never recommend to anyone!!!
