Sommerville Place Apartments # 10

Ok.....so far what I've seen of this place called Oregon is.....ABSOLUTELTLY stunningly drop dead GORGEOUS! Literally....like a paradise. So now I'm wondering....why doesn't EVERYONE live here?????

St. Vinnes despite its reputation for helping those in need instead have turned the apartment complex into a tour in hell. All appliance are beyond old. Although they did a remodel on the outside, they removed a plastic vapor barrier with a tar paper. Yes that's as warm and effective as it sounds. Windows replaced at same time with double paned (there OK). Repairs can take up to a month. You ARE also subject to not only state yearly inspection but St. VINNES inspection. Lord help hit u have its n a normal house u will get an eviction notice. st.vinnies are tyrants. We those who live here feel as though we are nameless renters who have no rights. I lived here for 5 years, and things have only gotten worse, drug dealers, drama,drama, sometimes funny. Alot caused by owners treatment of tenets. If your poor u have no rights.
