        Problem i been having is !!! Me and like 5 other people have defective phones !! Been getting the run around from battery training to photos being sent all blurry barely having my phone for a month not good customer at all used to be good !!!

        The company itself, not this particular store review: After being a customer for over 3 years and 2 phones, Metro cannot fix a major problem effecting quite a few, with no solution/credit/replacement of any kind. I will not get into specifics, but it is so bad their chat line is down and a phone call could take 30 mins just to connect to Customer Service. Bye, bye Metro.

        I have came in the mall at 3 different times today to get a new phone and not one time has someone been working. I came in at 510pm and store hours say closes at 6pm. No one is here again.
