I haven't been there but, I did walk by. They are a suit store. Three piece suits, Tuxedo and casual. I personally do not wear suits.

I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with this store! I bought a suit from them and all was well until I paid for them to also tailor it. After the suit was shipped to me, I took it into the store to have some tailoring done. They promised me it would be done in 3 weeks. On the day it was supposed to be finished, I drove the 20 minutes to the store to find out that my suit hadn't been touched because it was put on the wrong rack. They assured me it would be done in 2 weeks. I called on the promised day and they said it was still on the wrong rack and hadn't been touched! They told me it'd be done in 4 days. I then called the day after they promised to be sure it was ready, but they said it would be done by 5pm. I came to try on the suit and the tailor had forgotten two of my simple requests! They promised me it would be done a week and a half later which is today. This morning I called to make sure it was done and they said it would be done by 5pm. I am at the store to pick up my suit and it is 6pm, but the tailor is STILL NOT FINISHED! I am SO FED UP with Jos. A. Bank! I currently writing this complaint while the tailor finishes my suit for "10 minutes". Well, I'll have to see if it's going to be done. I sure hope so, because after more than a month it better be! The wedding I'm going to be in is only in a few days.
