Heidi Rowan: Allstate Insurance

I was sold a lie by Heidi, she insured my cars and house. I told her I'm done with geico and she assured me that allstate would do better. I asked if I needed any special insurance for my work trucks and said no. Now that my truck was stolen along with the tools in it claims tells me it's not covered. They say if I had a special policy pertaining to work like commercial insurance then it would have covered my tools. Now my homeowners policy won't cover the loss of tools because they said they were used for business. What is insurance good for if it doesn't cover your property. Allstate has lied and their advertisement lied you are not in good hands.

Kim was very thorough, knowledgable and personable from beginning to end as we reviewed my policy to meet my needs... Kim has a relatable people skill most most people lack these days. She called when she said she would a d she went over every detail until we found ways to meet my insurance needs... We were even able to save a little bit on my policy... I hope to be able to work with her in the future

Hello Heidi, I've been with Allstate in one form or another since 1975... I tend to pay my premiums and stay clear of issues, however several trees during the last storm had their own agenda. I had some questions and concerns re: the on site damage estimate from the out of state adjuster, so I stopped by your office for assistance. I'd like to express how impressed I am with your associate Sheila Kyles. As a walk in, she made time to listen and understand my situation and after reviewing my acct docs, took immediate action to help resolve my issues. With "customer service" in such decline everywhere lately, it's refreshing to find it at your office. My thanks again to Sheila for her time and attention. Russell Wayne
