If you need to change your hours because of staffing or something fine but that should be communicated with a sign at the restaurant and you should change yours on here and on your own website. Waited for a half hour after class only to find out its 11:30 not 11:00

SOOOO SKIMPY! The original Dickey's would be ashamed of what you are trying to pass off for your servings. The picture on the right shows my meat portion in Lake Oswego and the left is what I got in Houston TX. So pathetic and I will not be back. Also the meat was dry.

The sides were small, the brisket was salty, the ribs were charred and dry. The pulled pork was delicious. The portions of everything for the price were too small but we would eat there again.

The food is good, usually we go to the Murray Hill location. We ordered through Uber and we're missing a handful of the sides (that come with entrees), huge bummer considering the order total was over $100. Next time we will make sure we order from the other location. If you get take out make sure you have everything. If ordering delivery, the quality is great, portions are great but it might be missing items. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 14 years (both FOH/BOH) and sometimes things happen. But it's really not that hard to check for accuracy. Looking at the other reviews it seems like they have a lot of work to do when it comes to OLOs.
