I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint about this company on November 13th after Tiffany Deere provided false information and kept my money. She claimed to attempt service five times and when I went to the location myself, I found out a landslide had taken out the apartment over two years prior! When I called her out on this she fumbled through a sad excuse for an explanation and said she would rerun the information. If you go to a place five different times, I am certain you would have some kind of paperwork and you would be able to correct the apartment number quickly. She tried stalling giving me useless information, then got upset when I asked for the correct documentation and refused to help correct the situation and cut off all contact, stating I had been rude to her for calling her out on the fraud she committed. Save your sanity and your money and avoid this business.
