        Had an appointment today for 2pm. Showed up, lights off, door locked. No one inside. Very frustrated. No note on door even.

        If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I went in to upgrade my phone and I couldn't but they asked me if I wanted to change from sprint Sim to t-mobile Sim. And I did but by doing that I lost everything I had on my phone. And Some of the comments the employee's where making were not okay and rude.. I would not have changed Sims i knew this would happen.. worst mistake.. hopefully if someone else comes in they won't make that mistake again.
