T-Mobile

This has been my worst experience with T-mobile. Since day one they never got my plan bill right. And I specifically got a plan with all tax and fees included to not deal with changes and is always changing. I've been dealing with the same issue for 6 months already talking with my rep and customer service and seems like they are never on the same page. Even a mistake that they made, I'm still paying for that. They will not fix it. The policy that T-mobile have is making me pay for a mistake I never did. I'm just trying to find a way to get out of this company. Never recommending this.

I love the two girls I see in there all the time. They both work as a team and always make sure I'm happy when I leave their store. Great customer service and helped me to transfer my old phone to my new phone! I most definitely will be going back!

Unprofessional group of employees. The store smells of terrible body odor, the floors were dirty and sticky, and the employees don’t greet customers when they arrive. I spent 45min waiting to be helped because one of the employees was talking to a family member across the country about a phone issue that needed to be fixed inside a physical location. Afterwards no apology or expression of thank you for not saying a single frustrating word. I received more apologies from the individuals who were being helped and that’s a problem. Business comes down to relationships and this particular business didn’t do a good job at building one.

If there is not a long wait- employees are helpful n very nice.
