        This business is top notch. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is dealing with pump issues. The pump supplying water to a duplex I own started failing on a Friday afternoon. I called Pacific Pump and they responded that afternoon. Saving the tenants from experiencing any water service loss. On top of that, Pacific Pump noticed that the failing pump was potentially still under warranty. They called and asked if I knew the age of the pump, which unfortunately I could not remember. Pacific Pump then went out of their way to call the manufacturer for me and they got confirmation that the pump was still under warranty and got me a replacement pump for free. Pacific Pump's over the top service saved me from spending $1600 on a new pump. These guys are the best!!! Straight shooters all the way.
